This course examines diverse topics in international relations scholarship with a view to dereifying foundational concepts and pushing the boundaries of the field. Particular attention will be paid to agency, identity, norms, territory, aesthetics, embodiment, and borders. The idea is to develop a more critical perspective to open new avenues for research.
