This course aims to introduce students to some of the debates and literature in the discipline of International Relations through the use of graphic novels/manga. We will be using a number of graphic novels to illustrate the different questions raised in the literature. Each week we will tackle particular questions about politics and examine the different types of answers available in the academic literature as well as the fictive universe.
