Introduction to the concepts and processes of visual thinking and design and the study of color theory; expression, phenomenology, and observation. Students should be willing to work hard, take risks, experiment, fail, try again and take play seriously. We will explore the work of Albers, Braque, Marden and other contemporary artists and theorists.
