In this course we will examine the options faced by managers when organizations face crisis because of disasters, unexpected situations or circumstances outside the control of organizations. We will develop tools and methods to identify emerging crises, implement mitigation strategies to limit exposure, manage response teams and create communications to address stakeholder and public relation issues
