To succeed as a leader, you not only must drive individual and team performance, but also inspire diverse stakeholders to trust you and believe in you. Developing and implementing the right strategy is only part of the job; you also must convince colleagues and clients that you are ready to lead. This interactive course will prepare you to communicate your ideas with clarity and conviction. It will challenge you to identify and adjust your default communication behaviors and improve your capacity to lead. During four intensive sessions, you will learn frameworks and strategies to help you write compelling e-mails and business documents; persuade and influence others; and craft and deliver memorable business presentations. In doing so, you will sharpen your ability to communicate as a leader and motivate listeners to act.
