In this course, students will explore various methodologies and designs used in program evaluation. The course will cover key evaluation designs, including experimental, quasi-experimental, and non-experimental approaches, as well as mixed-methods evaluations. Students will learn to develop logic models, select appropriate evaluation methods, and consider stakeholder perspectives in the evaluation process. Throughout the course, students will engage in case studies that illustrate real-world evaluation practices, and they will create an evaluation plan for a hypothetical or real program. By the end of the course, students will have practical knowledge and skills for conducting rigorous program evaluations.
