In this final LXD specialization core course, students will immerse themselves in leadership considerations and strategic aspects of learning design, focusing on the planning, development, and evaluation stages of LXD projects. This course requires robust understanding of course design developed in LXD 1 and 2, as students need to be able to conceptualize scope of project work, identify requisite resources, and generate reasonable timelines to support project scope. The course covers a range of topics, including systemic needs analysis; alignment of program objectives with organization mission, vision, values; quality control methodologies; project management; resource allocation; return on investment; and leadership advocacy.
