This course is meant to be taken in conjunction with Engineering Design courses. The course focuses on building the skills to develop a value proposition, analyze markets and competitors and define a pathway to commercialization. These skills include the ability to incorporate into a formal marketing plan all necessary requirements, including value proposition; market and competitor analyses; business and financial models; market strategies and plans; intellectual property; licensing, regulatory, reimbursement, and manufacturing strategies.
