This course develops the communication skills students need to lead and collaborate across organizations, cultures, and distributed teams. Through repeated practice and feedback, students learn to produce concise professional writing (emails, memos, decision updates) and to communicate with clarity and credibility in live settings (interviews, client conversations, and technical presentations). Emphasis is placed on audience analysis, message design, tone, and trust-building—adapting communication across channels, geographies, and organizational contexts. MSIL students ONLY
