Bringing a New Product to Market is an introduction to product management, including both marketing and technical aspects. Examples from business to business (B2B) software development will be provided but we will also discuss how it applies to other types of products and markets. We’ll explore how to identify your target audience, gather requirements, work with development and testing, manage relationships marketing and sales and develop your product roadmap.
