Average Course Rating

(-1)

This course aims to prepare students not only to become effective managers in their respective fields and organizations but, more importantly, to become leaders. While the term “leadership” is often used interchangeably with “management,” they are not the same. Leadership is, in fact, the most critical factor in determining the success or failure of an organization. This course will teach students to reach their full potential and create lasting change within an organization through the use of case studies, assignments, and hands-on activities based on the foundational principles of leadership.
