The goal of this tutorial will be to begin the development and implementation of a communication-and-resolution program (CRP) for JHM hospitals. The student will serve as a project manager and work directly with Dr. Kachalia in this tutorial. Tasks include designing the CRP in collaboration with others, processing charts, and tracking progress data. The student will gain an understanding and appreciation for physician and hospital ethical obligations while promoting patient safety
