The primary learning objective is to introduce students to clinical research methods in neurosurgical oncology. Students may develop a number of projects with a focus on the treatment of patients with central nervous system tumors. Such projects may include a systematic review or development of a retrospective database on brain tumor patient outcomes. Students will be graded on their effort and by their ability to achieve their own self-directed goals.
