Students will learn approaches used by the Lloyd lab to investigate pathophysiology of myodegenerative diseases such as Inclusion Body Myositis and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Under the supervision of a fellow, technician, or clinical research coordinator, the student will contribute to a project which may include clinical research projects, clinical trials, or lab research. Techniques include patient assessments, data entry and analysis, and immunohistochemical staining and imaging.
