Students will attend inpatient rounds of the schizophrenia unit on Meyer 5 once a week for approximately 3 hours, and spend at ~15 minutes interviewing a patient weekly. At the end of the semester, students will make a 10 minute oral presentation on some aspect of schizophrenia of interest to them. Attendance, asking 3 questions each week during rounds, spending time with patients, and a presentation demonstrating thought and effort are required for a satisfactory grade.
