This course is the second of four anesthesia principles courses and builds on knowledge gained from the first anesthesia principles course. This course provides students with the foundation to provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia to patients undergoing common procedures, to patients undergoing local/regional anesthesia, and to special populations. Anesthetic management and considerations of patients having various surgeries will be discussed. Prerequisites: NR.210.673, 210.674 and 210.675 Corequisite: NR.210.679
