Focuses on the development of hard and soft skills and tools needed to prepare for residency placement in the second year of the program. Provides opportunities for engagement with alumni and interprofessional work environments. Prepares students to enter the healthcare management work environment through applied experiences and professional development activities. Builds CAHME Competencies in the areas of relationship management and the standards of professional behavior and leadership. Supports students through professional interviews and activities aimed at obtaining a residency placement. Continues to provide opportunities to develop skills in Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the healthcare field through the student-led Care for All Patients series
