Focuses on five themes related to managing a healthcare organization: finance, quality, market, operations, and utilization. Reviews theories such as data formats, database structures, and analysis methods. Explains how data is collected, prepared, and applied to make a positive impact. Real world examples provided during each session so that students can use the lecture materials to solve problems. Develops future healthcare leaders who can understand the details as well as think critically beyond the data.
