The Open Program classes are designed for students of all ages and abilities who love to dance and want high-quality training with a less intensive schedule. Contemporary Dance for Teens and Adults focuses on principles of classic modern dance techniques to develop the core strength, flexibility, versatility of movement styles, artistry, and creativity. This class accommodates beginners and those with more experience who wish to improve technique and experience improvisation. No previous experience or placement class required.
