BALTIMORE, MD – SUMMER INTENSIVE CONSTANCE DINAPOLI, DIRECTOR July 17, 2017- July 29, 2017 Weekdays 9am-5pm & Saturdays 9am-12noon Junior Intensive: Ages 13-15 Senior Intensive: Ages 16+ Taylor Intensives have been the premiere training ground for modern dance technique and the best way to study Taylor style and repertoire. The Intensives have achieved distinction by virtue of outstanding faculty members – distinguished Taylor dancers and alumni – and the exceptional personal attention given to each student. Come learn from the masters at Peabody Dance! ll students, including current Peabody Dance students, must apply through Paul Taylor's American Modern Dance website: www.ptamd.org/school/intensives/summer-intensive/baltimore-md. (There is a $30 non-refundable application fee paid directly to PTAMD.) If accepted to the Intensive, students will then finalize registration and pay tuition, room, and board through the Peabody Preparatory Office. Instructions regarding registration will be emailed to accepted applicants. Location: Classes are held at Peabody Preparatory's dance studios in the historic Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore. Daily schedule: MON-FRI 9:00 am-5:00 pm SAT 9:00 am-12:00 noon Studio showings : Saturday, July 22, 2017 Saturday, July 29, 2017 Room and board for out-of-town students: All boarding students will stay on Peabody Conservatory's campus. The dormitory is located just across the inner courtyard from the dance studios. The dining hall and laundry facilities are housed in the same building as the dormitory. Housing will be supervised by Resident Assistants who will attend the Intensive and work directly with the Intensive Director. Room and board includes three meals per day in Peabody's dining hall. Room and Board fees are non-refundable.
