"Faculty: Jaclyn Dorr. This nurturing, small-group setting for beginning violin offers our youngest students the opportunity to learn the early stages of violin playing in a supportive, engaging environment. In this year-long class, students and parents learn together through a combination of individual and group activities and lessons. Children gradually master each step required to ensure a solid musical foundation while parents are ""home teachers"" for daily practice sessions. Graduates of the Fiddlers Four program will continue their study in the Young People's String Program. Class size is limited to minimum of two/maximum of four students. Groups of two students will meet for 30 minutes, three students for 45 minutes. An additional $10 non-refundable activities fee per year will automatically be charged with registration.
