For Ages 9 to 16yrs Monday-Friday, July 17-21, 2017, 9-4 p.m. Friday, July 21, 4 p.m. concert Andrea Nutter Macon, choral director Madeleine Gray, program director and voice coach Doreen Falby, artistic director An engaging and high quality summer music-making experience for young people ages 9 to 16 who love to sing, at the renowned Peabody Institute in its beautiful Mount Vernon setting. As well as preparation of outstanding choral repertoire for performance, the program will include age-appropriate vocal training, musicianship, drama, and other enrichment classes, culminating in a final concert at the end of the session. Auditions- Applicants will receive instructions on how to submit a video recorded audition (Current members of the Peabody Children’s Chorus are not required to audition) Transportation from Howard County (Abiding Savior Lutheran Church) or Towson (Peabody Preparatory Towson Branch) is available for an additional fee of $125. Lunch meal plans are available for $50.
