This is an introductory course that explains basic economic concepts and principles of macroeconomics. We will identify tenets of major schools of thought, understand economic interrelationships and study models of economic behavior. We will also analyze and evaluate economic policies, It is anticipated that on completion of the course, students will be able to better understand and evaluate macroeconomic issues.
