This course will provide students with a rare opportunity to challenge and enrich their own beliefs about human nature, the law, and themselves. Second, students will become familiar with a rich variety of theories of law, classical and contemporary. Finally, students will learn how to apply these theories to an unusual array of laws, from family law to contracts, from employment law to property law.
